The Rocky Creek Estates Deed Restrictions were created and implemented in 2007 by the original developers.  To make a change to the Deed Restrictions, it does take at least 51% of the lots to amend or terminate them.  Please note, however, that State Law does supersede these Deed Restrictions at all times.  There are Law changes all the time and the Association must adapt and adhere to those over the Deed Restrictions.

Have you seen a Deed Restriction Violation?  You may submit a complaint to the Property Management Company and they will initiate the Violation Process.
